Christmas 2011

It's hard to believe that Christmas has already come and gone. It seems like December just started! Regardless, everyone had a wonderful time. As always we had some delicious food, good company, and way too many presents:) Christmas Eve was spent at my house with my side of the family. We had tons fun. We had a top spinning contest to win lotto tickets; and Nicole made a reindeer game that everyone LOVED! Christmas day was just as fabulous!! We went to Matt' parents with that side of the family. We had a lot of fun there!! The cousins love to play together!!! I can't wait for the New Year and see what great things it brings:)

Christmas is getting close!!!

December always flies by. I can't believe that Christmas Eve is only 6 days away!! The girls couldn't be more excited. We have been busy shopping, finishing up this semester at school (work), and Matt and I finishing up our specialist program for the semester.

Last weekend we met Matt's side of the family for our annual trip to see Santa. Every year we visit Santa at Marietta Square. This year was not near as cold as last year - thanks goodness! The kids love meeting up and playing while the adults wait in line to get into Santa's private houses.

Mom and I spent the day yesterday making MORE Christmas candy with Skyler, Alyssa, Nicole, and Will. The younger kids spent more time outside than helping with the candy. However, Nicole was a huge help this year! I think I need to double my "gym" time with all this candy around!!:)

Tooth Fairy

Skyler lost her 7th tooth tonight. She decided to write the tooth fairy a note......I LOVE THIS!!

We've been BUSY!

It has been a long time since my last post. Life has been very busy. Skyler starting second grade, Alyssa starting pre-k3, Matt and I starting our Specialist Degree, girls cheer, girls gymnastics, I'm coaching Skyler's cheer team, and Matt has been teaching night school. Needless to say....we don't have much spare time:)

Life has been very good. The girls are doing wonderful at school and in sports. Alyssa has learned to write her name, and a couple other words. She loves going to school everyday. She is doing Ballet and Tap at her school. She seems to really be loving it! Skyler is also doing fantastic in her school work. She is excelling as always and enjoying her teacher and friends very much! She just made a part in the 2nd grade play as a hip-hop dancer! That is right up her alley:)
